New: still frames for AI tools

Choose Frames to save still images where the screen changes, up to one for every 5 seconds of video (from 24 to 1,000), with contact sheets showing them at a glance and a frames.json list, in a new folder named after the video.
Copy path puts the folder's location on the clipboard for an AI tool that can't watch video.
The command-line tool adds neocodec frames, with options for more frames, larger images, PNG, evenly spaced frames and a JSON summary. Run neocodec frames --help.
Frames are made on your Mac and nothing is uploaded.
